General Information​ on Tours and South Indian Holidays

We deal with all sorts of packages like Domestic, International, Honeymoon, GITs, MICEs, Adventure, Pilgrims, Customized tour Packages, readymade packages etc.

Yes, you may choose just a section of the package but we will suggest you to take whole package as it’s money and time saving.

Generally, your tour will include the following: Accommodation – On twin sharing basis. We provide triple sharing rooms with extra mattress. You will be notified in advance in such cases. Transport – As per destination and group size. Most of the tours will have air-conditioned coaches for ground transport. Meals – Breakfast & Dinner on additional cost. Please check your itinerary for specifics. Sightseeing – Entry Fees, Guide charges as per itinerary on customer request

Our Booking Voucher is all in one document, which consists of invoice Number, confirmed accommodation details, transport details, service contact numbers, etc.

The customers must carry documents like booking Voucher, confirmation Letter, & ID Proof during their trip.

payments

As a minimum token amount, we can accept your booking at 40% of the total package cost. However, to complete the sufficient advance payment you must clear 60 % of the total billing 7 days prior to your journey.

As per Customers Convenience, they may choose any of the following options:

Cash in Bank or in our Offices, NEFT, Cheque, and Online Transaction from our Website (www.southindianhoidays.co.in) through credit Card/Debit Card/Master Card/NEFT without adding & EMI option is also available in our Company.

We believe in transparency, and hence do not keep any hidden charges. We mention everything very clearly in our packages with inclusions/exclusions details and for any clarification; you may contact us 24/7.

Yes, we provide discount coupons for special occasions and offer discounts too but for limited time only. Please contact us to know more.

Southindianholidays Executive takes 7 days to do the needful arrangements and issue the Booking Voucher.

We can collect the remaining amount anytime during your tour. Usually we prefer cash mode of payment for remaining amount clearance. However, in few exceptional cases we can accept it by Debit Card/Credit Card/NEFT for which 3.5 % charges will be levied extra.

Cancellaton and Refund

To cancel your trip just send a cancellation mail or have a telecom with your concerned sales executive with whom you have confirmed the package earlier. As a cancellation charge, the advance amount will be non-refundable. However if we feel like your case is genuine and you have informed us at least 7 days prior to travel ,  we will refund the amount after deduction of service charges.

Whenever you cancel any tour for any reason, cancellation charges will apply according to the Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of Southindianholidays For more details, contact us.

In the event that a scheduled activity during your stay is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer alternatives (if possible) at no additional costs or may reschedule your itinerary.

Unfortunately, no. In case you have not utilized any of your pre-booked services like Transport, Meals, Stay etc. we shall not be responsible for it. No refunds are made for un-availed services.

Any applicable refund from Southindianholidays will be paid by NEFT/RTGS or A/C payee cheque in Indian rupees only, even if you have made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.

Southindianholidays processes the refund within 15 working days of settling the account with our partners. In certain cases, the partners (airlines, ground handling agents, railways etc) may take between 30 to 60 days to make the settlement.
